What you’ll love about this role: * Top-Tier Pay * Path to leadership with responsibility over shop processes and technician development * Supportive culture that values your experience and gives you room to grow * Real impact—every repair you touch ensures a safe and reliable ride for our members What you’ll do: * Diagnose and repair complex vehicle systems (drivability, electrical, HVAC, engine, drivetrain, brakes) * Deliver quality work that exceeds internal and customer expectations * Ensure all work is completed to Flexcar standards, on time and on budget * Train and develop new and junior technicians * Lead by example in safety, professionalism, and technical accuracy * Assist in onboarding new team members and creating a strong shop culture * Manage shop workflow and prioritize high-impact work * Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and supplies * Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace aligned with 5S standards * Collaborate with site managers on planning, scheduling, and inventory needs What drives success for this role: * 5+ years of hands-on automotive repair experience * ASE Master Technician Certification (or equivalent experience; L1 preferred) * Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills * Ability to diagnose and repair gas-powered vehicles across multiple systems * Familiarity with shop software and the ability to use Excel and diagnostic platforms * Valid driver’s license and clean driving record * Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as needed * Able to lift up to 75 lbs and work in all weather conditions What tops off the tank: * Rest & Relax!
