The work schedule is typically Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required based on the needs of our patient load. Our therapists provide support to individuals, couples, and families across different age ranges and backgrounds, emphasizing personalized care and culturally responsive therapeutic practices. Qualifications\n\n • A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.\n, • Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R in New York state is mandatory.\n, • Strong foundational knowledge of various mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies.\n, • Proven competency in conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and formulating treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.\n, • Demonstrated experience in delivering both individual and group therapy to a diverse clientele.\n, • Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to connect with patients and colleagues alike.\n, • Demonstrated sound judgment, ethical practice, and adherence to professional boundaries.\n, • Proficiency in maintaining electronic health records (EHR) and familiarity with digital communication tools appropriate for remote settings.\n, • Ability to effectively collaborate and function within a multidisciplinary team structure.\nPreferred Experience\n\n, • Additional certification in specialized therapeutic modalities or advanced therapeutic techniques is highly regarded.\n, • Experience with telehealth platforms and remote patient engagement strategies is a plus.\n, • Previous involvement in community outreach or educational initiatives pertaining to mental health will be considered an asset.\nCompensation and Benefits\n The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to USD 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
