Full time and Part time opportunities. • Day time - min 4 hours, • Referral Bonus Program, • Paid Orientation and Training, • Paid Sick Leave, • Holiday/Overtime Pay Incentives, • Flexible schedule, • Mileage Reimbursement, • Exceptional support team, • Fun, supportive, and safe working environment, • Employee Rewards and Recognition programsPosition Responsibilities: Here are the responsibilities you'll undertake in the role of a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA):, • Provide personalized, non-medical care that aligns with clients' Service Plan/Care Plan, • Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, feeding, and mobility, • Provide companion care activities such as conversation, light housekeeping, meal planning, preparation, and more, • Provide medication reminders, • Monitor, Record and Report changes in the clients physical condition, behavior, or appearance to the supervisor, • Utilize our Time Management system for Clock-in/Clock-out and Document completed tasks in accordance with company policies, • Stay updated with our relevant changing technology, • Adhere to HIPAA regulations, • Participate in quality assurance reviews and evaluations., • Uphold, support, and promote all company policies and proceduresPosition Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the minimum skills required:, • High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED), or equivalent combination of education and experience, • Previous caregiving experience (preferred), • Possession of state-required certifications, • Valid Drivers License with adequate auto insurance, if applicable, • A passion for caregiving and a desire to help others, • A commitment to being present and providing quality care, • Empathy, patience, kindness and respect, • Ability to carry out direction, both verbal and written, • Ability to effectively manage the demands of the jobWe serve Morris County and Somerset County.
