Lighthouse is seeking caring and motivated Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will work directly with children and their families, helping them reach meaningful milestones and improve overall quality of life. Responsibilities include: • Implement ABA strategies under BCBA guidance, • Provide 1:1 therapy based on individualized treatment plans, • Teach and reinforce communication, social and daily living skills, • Build positive relationships with clients and families, • Collect data and track progress, • Collaborate with BCBAs and team members, • Maintain accurate session documentation Our ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working with children with autism and the special needs community. We’re currently looking for a part-time daycare assistant for our licensed home childcare program. To start, the position will be Thursdays and Fridays, with a paid trial/shadowing day scheduled on a Monday–Wednesday. As enrollment grows, hours will expand to Mondays–Wednesdays. Responsibilities include: • Caring for children ages 2–13 (including 2 infants), with up to 6 children at a time, • Light cooking, food preparation, and regular cleaning, • Assisting with curriculum and daily activities, • Completing basic computer-based forms (food program, timesheets, etc.), • Helping with administrative tasks as needed, • Picking up children from after-school programs Schedule & Requirements: • Typical hours: 8:00 AM–6:00 PM (occasionally starting at 7:00 AM), • Comfortable working independently, • CPR & First Aid certified (or willing to obtain), • Must pass fingerprinting and background checks upon hire If this sounds like a good fit, we’d love to connect and potentially set up an interview and paid trial day. We’re looking for a caring and reliable nanny to provide safe, attentive care for our child(ren). Duties include: • Supervising daily activities, • Engaging in age-appropriate play, • Maintaining a clean and safe environment Prior childcare experience is preferred. Schedule and pay are flexible and based on experience.
