Lighthouse is seeking caring and motivated Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will work directly with children and their families, helping them reach meaningful milestones and improve overall quality of life. Responsibilities include: • Implement ABA strategies under BCBA guidance, • Provide 1:1 therapy based on individualized treatment plans, • Teach and reinforce communication, social and daily living skills, • Build positive relationships with clients and families, • Collect data and track progress, • Collaborate with BCBAs and team members, • Maintain accurate session documentation Our ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working with children with autism and the special needs community. They are motivated to make a difference and are interested in learning more about the field of ABA.

We’re currently looking for a part-time daycare assistant for our licensed home childcare program. To start, the position will be Thursdays and Fridays, with a paid trial/shadowing day scheduled on a Monday–Wednesday. As enrollment grows, hours will expand to Mondays–Wednesdays. Responsibilities include: • Caring for children ages 2–13 (including 2 infants), with up to 6 children at a time, • Light cooking, food preparation, and regular cleaning, • Assisting with curriculum and daily activities, • Completing basic computer-based forms (food program, timesheets, etc.), • Helping with administrative tasks as needed, • Picking up children from after-school programs Schedule & Requirements: • Typical hours: 8:00 AM–6:00 PM (occasionally starting at 7:00 AM), • Comfortable working independently, • CPR & First Aid certified (or willing to obtain), • Must pass fingerprinting and background checks upon hire If this sounds like a good fit, we’d love to connect and potentially set up an interview and paid trial day. While ABA therapy experience is not required, childcare or caregiving experience is required. You'll be working under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and we'll help train you! Responsibilities include: • Provide 1:1 therapy based on individualized treatment plans (under BCBA supervision), • Teach and reinforce communication, social and daily living skills, • Build positive relationships with clients and families, • Collect data and track progress, • Collaborate with BCBAs and team members, • Maintain accurate session documentation Requirements include: • Highschool diploma, • Lift, sit, stand, crouch, squat and move with young children and adults, • Consistent attendance and punctuality, • Care-giving experience (this does not need to be ABA experience and volunteer, schooling or personal experience is valid) Our ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working with children with autism and the special needs community.
