We are seeking a talented and experienced Oracle HCM Cloud technical consultant (not functional) with a focus on interfaces, reports, documenting the business requirements, development and testing of Oracle Human Capital Management Cloud application. Candidate must have a minimum of ten years of experience as a systems analyst developer, with at least three years specifically supporting Oracle HCM modules(Core HR, Compensation ,Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Benefits, and Retirement). Candidate must experience with multiple Oracle HCM Implementations. - Candidate must have experience training and mentoring teams. Candidate should have experience working with implementation partners and making sure they are in check. SQL experience is needed and Python is a plus.
