Job Description Job purpose The Driver safely operates the delivery vehicle, and follows designated routes to deliver products to customers in a timely, organized manner. The driver is responsible for physically unloading product from the truck and moving product into customer locations. Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Compliance Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of USDOT and FMCSA licensing and compliance for our fleet of double-decker sightseeing buses. This role is critical in ensuring our operations meet federal and multi-state Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations including drug and alcohol screening and testing. Key Responsibilities: • Maintain up-to-date compliance for federal, state, and local regulations, including USDOT and FMCSA licensing for all vehicles and operations., • Monitor and enforce compliance with federal and multi-state DOT rules and regulations., • Conduct regular internal audits and inspections to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance., • Prepare and submit required state and local operating authority applications to all appropriate agencies for new markets., • Oversee drug and alcohol testing program in accordance with DOT regulations, • Manage driver qualification files and hours of service records., • Serve as the primary contact during DOT audits or inspections., • Stay current on regulatory changes and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders., • Develop and implement compliance-related training programs for staff. Qualifications: • Proven experience in transportation compliance, ideally in a multi-state commercial fleet setting., • Strong knowledge of USDOT and FMCSA regulations, state transportation laws, and other federal, state, and local transportation regulations., • Familiarity with both paper and electronic logging devices (ELDs) and Hours of Service rules., • Excellent organizational and communication skills., • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities., • Experience with sightseeing, charter, or commercial bus operations is a plus. Roles and responsibilities (Include but are not limited to): Strategy, Vision & Portfolio Leadership • Own the multi-year promotional medical education strategy and roadmap, translating company priorities into scalable education plans and platforms, • Set portfolio-level priorities across channels, programs, audiences, and investments, balancing near-term execution with long-term capability building, • Serve as a strategic advisor to cross-functional leadership, positioning promotional education as a core business and customer engagement driver, • Architect and build integrated promotional education experiences (e.g., peer‑to‑peer programs, workshops, advisory boards, speaker trainings, congress symposia/product theaters where applicable, and digital learning), • Lead content planning with internal stakeholders (Brand, Medical Affairs, Marketing) to ensure alignment with strategy and educational objectives, • Set the promotional speaker/faculty strategy and operating model, including recruitment profiles, onboarding/training approach, utilization, governance, and ongoing capability building, • Lead end‑to‑end execution of promotional medical education programs, ensuring operational excellence across live, virtual, and hybrid formats, • Implement efficient, scalable processes that support speed, quality, and compliance, • Shape the organization's promotional education‑driven engagement philosophy; how, when, and where to engage customers through educational channels, • Partner closely with cross‑functional teams (Commercial, Medical Affairs, Field Teams, Marketing, Market Access) to align priorities and deliver cohesive customer experiences, • Define a measurement framework linking promotional education to engagement quality and business objectives, • Bachelor's degree required (life sciences or related field preferred); advanced degree a plus, • 8+ years of experience in medical, professional, or promotional education, HCP education, training, or related roles, • Proven ability to lead both strategy and hands on execution of education programs across live, virtual, and hybrid formats, • Strong knowledge of FDA promotional regulations and applicable education compliance standards (promotional and non promotional), • Experience supporting product launches, lifecycle management and building speaker/faculty models, • Experience leading teams and/or managing vendors as an extension of the organization, • Experience with digital education platforms and innovative learning approaches, • Demonstrated ability to develop and communicate strategy with senior leaders in matrixed environments, • Strong leadership, influence, and stakeholder management skills, • Highly organized, execution focused, and able to manage complexity and change, • Track record of delivering high quality work on time and on budget Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
