Enrollment Management • Respond to inquiries regarding class schedules, pricing, and program offerings., • Guide new students and families through the enrollment and registration process., • Manage re-enrollments, waitlists, and class placements., • Maintain accurate student records and class rosters using the studio management system., • Track incoming leads and follow up to maximize enrollment growth and retention. 2. Customer Experience & Communication • Welcome students and parents warmly in person and via phone/email., • Provide clear, professional communication about studio updates, policies, and events., • Address concerns or questions promptly, escalating when necessary., • Help create a supportive, friendly, and family-oriented studio environment. 3. POSITION: The Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the designated studio(s) to ensure the studio is set-up for sales and marketing success.
