This position will work to further ACCESS’ mission, vision and values by overseeing the day-to-day financial management of the organization, managing and further developing our human resources and benefits programs, and spearheading the organization’s various operations activities. About the Role, Reporting Relationships, and Overview: The Director of Operations is joining a team that has grown from a staff of 2 to 15 since January 2021.
