The Clinician will be responsible for completing a one-time thorough clinical assessment of a child that is referred by Department of Child Safety and/or Juvenile courts. The assessment will include but is not limited to a developmental screening for 0-5 age children; a review of their current environment to assess needs, and provide needed resources to support overall stability for the child (0-18 years of age). Clinician will be required to complete risk assessments, therapeutic intervention; including de-escalation, crisis support, behavior management guidance with current caregiver and child or facility staff. This position is community and facility based and the Clinician will be responsible for completing referrals to community partners for long term supports. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute strategies to convert Ministry Friends from single gifts to recurring and legacy commitments, growing and stewarding the Pillars of Freedom Legacy Community., • Design and manage donor experiences that increase retention, long-term value, and engagement for monthly, tax-advantaged, and legacy gift partners., • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Legacy & Planned Giving, and Development teams to align messaging and engagement across all giving communities., • Create clear, compelling donor communications that simplify complex giving options and motivate action, working with internal and external writers, designers, and partners., • Lead and coordinate external vendors and creative partners to deliver high-quality, mission-aligned work on time and on budget., • Build and manage communication pathways that educate, confirm, and steward legacy donors from identification through long-term relationship retention., • Enhance and maintain web content, email journeys, and digital experiences to support monthly and planned giving growth and performance., • Monitor KPIs, donor feedback, budgets, and campaign performance to continuously optimize effectiveness, efficiency, and return on investment. Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience., • 5+ years of experience in communications, marketing, or other fundraising/advocacy. Preferred Qualifications • 2+ years of experience in the nonprofit sector., • Knowledge of planned and monthly giving strategies, donor-centric fundraising, and nonprofit best practices., • Understanding of communication principles and best practices, including message development, audience segmentation, and cross-channel storytelling that inspires generosity in a Christian nonprofit context., • Proficiency in managing and leveraging CRM databases, reporting systems, and project management tools (e.g., Wrike, Salesforce). What you’ll do as a Business Development Advisor: Lead Engagement & Sales Strategy • Respond quickly and professionally to inbound leads from digital channels (website, webinars, paid ads, SEO, referrals, etc.), • Conduct warm discovery calls to qualify prospects, identify needs, and determine fit for the firm, • Clearly communicate Mission Wealth’s value proposition and how our services align with their goals, • Partner with servicing teams and internal resources to develop, present, and close planning-based financial plans, • Become a high-level expert on Mission Wealth’s suite of investment solutions and niche-based strategies to diagnose and target prospects' need(s) quickly., • Development of value-based needs and solutions that can be communicated to prospects, • Transition converted leads to servicing advisors and stay involved through implementation conversations when needed to support conversion, • Help generate new client relationships by serving as a knowledgeable resource for information and advice, • Proactively follow up with cold, warm, and stale leads via phone, text, email, and marketing automation workflows, • Track and manage pipeline activity in Salesforce and Pardot, maintaining excellent data hygiene, • Schedule consultations, presentations, and implementations using tools like Calendly and monitor no-shows, reschedules, and re-engagement workflows, • Partner with Marketing to test messaging, refine nurture campaigns, and improve conversion rates, • Provide feedback on lead source partners and track ROI from different marketing funnels, • Contribute to internal discussions on sales scripts, SOPs, and performance metrics, • Assist with CRM reporting, lead assignment tracking, and operational follow-through, • Support proposal meeting prep and post-call summaries when involved in ongoing prospect conversations, • Sales-Oriented Communicator.
