Our team of experienced professionals is dedicated to using evidence-based methods to address mental health, substance abuse, and behavioral issues. Position: ABA Technician PART TIME 29-30 hours. As an ABA Technician at Therapeutic Alliance LLC, you will play a vital role in helping children develop essential life skills. You will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to create and implement individualized treatment plans. Responsibilities: • Implement individualized service plans (ISPs), • Conduct ABA therapy sessions, • Build positive relationships with clients and their families, • Assist with obtaining necessary wraparound services, • Provide support and resources to clients and their families Qualifications: • High school diploma required; college degree preferred, • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is a plus, • At least one year of experience working with children with developmental disabilities, • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping others, • Effective communication skills, • Availability to work morning or evening hours up to 29 hours per week., • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Professional Growth: We are committed to your professional development.     Location: Virginia Beach, VA (On-site) Salary: $56,000–$71,000 base salary + bonus potential (revenue share) Optional: Housing assistance negotiable About the Opportunity I have partnered with a growing moving and storage company in Virginia Beach, VA to identify a hands-on Operations Manager to lead daily operations and drive profitability, safety, and service quality. This is a high-impact leadership role overseeing crews, fleet operations, scheduling, and customer satisfaction within a fast-paced moving environment serving residential, commercial, local, and long-distance clients. Role Summary The Operations Manager will oversee daily moving and storage operations, ensuring jobs are scheduled efficiently, crews are prepared, customers are satisfied, and company assets (trucks, warehouse space, equipment) are properly managed. This role is critical to operational performance and requires a strong, decisive leader who thrives in dynamic environments. Core Responsibilities Operations & Scheduling • Oversee daily moving and storage operations, • Schedule crews, trucks, and routes efficiently, • Manage dispatch and respond to same-day operational issues, • Support hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management, • Enforce safety protocols, DOT compliance, and company policies, • Manage timekeeping, call-outs, and labor coverage, • Resolve customer complaints and service concerns, • Communicate job changes, delays, or special requirements, • Partner with sales/estimators to align operational expectations, • Ensure accurate documentation and service follow-throughFleet & Asset Management, • Oversee trucks, trailers, and moving equipment, • Schedule maintenance, inspections, and repairs, • Track fuel usage, mileage, and vehicle condition, • Monitor job costs, labor efficiency, and profitability, • Control overtime and operational expenses, • Review KPIs (revenue per truck, claims, damage rates), • Ensure compliance with DOT, FMCSA, OSHA, and applicable regulations, • Maintain insurance, licensing, and safety documentation, • Investigate incidents, damages, and accidents, • 3–5+ years in moving, logistics, transportation, or warehouse operations, • Prior supervisory or management experience required, • Strong leadership and conflict-resolution capabilities, • Excellent scheduling, organization, and problem-solving abilities, • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting, • Customer-focused mindset, • Familiarity with moving software (Supermove, SmartMoving, or similar), • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace, • Knowledge of dispatch systems and GPS tracking, • Ability to be on-site in warehouse and field as needed, • Ability to assist with moving equipment when required, • Valid driver’s license required (CDL preferred but not required unless driving)Schedule, • Full-time, • Early mornings and occasional weekends, • On-call during peak seasons
