We’re hiring a Cleaning Contractor to service a commercial building in Virginia Beach, VA, three days per week. This is a 1099 independent contractor position—ideal for solo cleaners with a small cleaning business or individuals with solid commercial cleaning experience. Only solo cleaners or small businesses with prior commercial cleaning experience should apply. Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication is a plus but not required. You must own a registered cleaning business or work independently Experience cleaning commercial spaces (offices, retail, etc.) Business liability insurance (COI required) Able to pass a background check Reliable transportation We value reliability, attention to detail, and professionalism.
