Position Overview The Technology Associate will provide frontline, in-office technical support tailored to the needs of attorneys and legal staff. This includes onsite troubleshooting, device management, user administration, and support for legal technology platforms. The role also contributes to business automation and business intelligence initiatives that enhance our clients’ operations. This position requires strong communication, adaptability, and professionalism while working directly with law firm personnel in high-pressure environments.
