Job Description iV Bars Lead Job Overview, Responsibilities and Duties Position description: This position requires the Lead to provide leadership, communication and education to the clinic while bridging the gap between the store and corporate office. This will require a strong ability to set direction, coach to skill set, manage behaviors, teach selling strategies and provide timely and thorough follow up. This position will require the implementation of corporate policies and procedures and ensure adherence by the staff. To be successful in this position the following set of skills are necessary: • Superb product knowledge and skill set in iV insertion and infusion., • Ability to perform and teach staff on how to perform all services provided., • Excellent communication and interpersonal communication., • Strong ability to sell and provide selling strategies to staff., • Seasoned skillset with conflict resolution and solution-oriented mindset., • Provision of outstanding customer service and client retention., • Desire to support company growth and continual improvement by participating in training conducted in clinic or at corporate As Lead iV Specialist you will provide support to your staff and ensure a successful clinic by completing the following tasks: • Scheduling and Payroll of Staff for your Clinic and ongoing schedule coordination to ensure adequate coverage of the clinic., • Limit the schedule to one iV Specialist on the clock, at a time until further notice., • Lead may be asked to flex their weekly hours as needed, • Ensuring all shifts are covered. If a shift is empty you must fill it or work it yourself, this includes all shifts, every day that the clinic is open, • If a clinic is closed for any reason out of the ordinary immediately notify Aaron, HR and Ashlin, • If you are going to be out of town, please notify Aaron, HR and fellow Leads. We will all work together to ensure your clinic runs smoothly while you're away., • Coordinate and organize events and/or satellite locations., • Provide HR with biweekly payroll summary with real time management of clocked hours by staff for adherence to company policies, • Ensure no one is clocking in prior to scheduled shift *more info below, • Ensure policies, procedures and protocols are followed by all, which includes but not limited to, • Compliance with protocols and current healthcare regulations consistent with your medical license., • Enforcing break policy, • Maintaining a clean clinic, • Auditing of weekly transactions, like discounts to ensure they are in the approved categories., • Auditing transactions to see if any memberships were declined and follow up with members to get new info., • Auditing of Aesthetic Records - ensuring previous days customers were entered correctly, • Ensure staff is entering every client into the customer app on Clover so we can gather their information., • Ensure all expense receipts are sent to Ashlin HR on a monthly basis., • Orienting of Staff as Needed, • Train staff as needed, new staff and staff that needs a refresher, • Keep records of any challenges / problems with staffs, submitting all records to HR, • Maintain an "Open Office Policy" to be available to staff as needed., • Order and Maintain sufficient inventory for customer and store needs using company ecommerce site:, • Cocktail vials, • iV supplies, • toilet paper, water, snacks, etc., • Implement our mission of providing safe, effective and efficient iV therapies and services to customers by following iV Bars Steps Of Service:

Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Department Growth • Lead and scale the low-voltage service department as a profit center., • Develop and execute departmental goals tied to revenue growth, retention, and operational efficiency., • Establish, track, and report weekly KPIs (response time, first-time fix rate, billable utilization, contract renewal rate, margins, etc.)., • Improve service contract profitability and increase recurring service revenue., • Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements., • Develop and enforce departmental SOPs, policies, and service standards., • Own the overall client service experience from first call through resolution., • Drive proactive communication and transparency with clients., • Implement retention strategies that increase renewal rates and client satisfaction., • Conduct client site visits to strengthen relationships and uncover service opportunities., • Ensure service documentation, reporting, and billing accuracy align with customer contracts (S&W, SLAs, etc.)., • Oversee incoming service requests and ensure proper triage and escalation., • Manage ticket creation, scheduling, dispatch, and case lifecycle tracking., • Ensure timely documentation of field updates and case progress., • Verify and approve service work orders and billing against contract scope., • Monitor technician performance, utilization, and response times., • Recruit, train, and retain high-performing service technicians., • Develop a culture of urgency, accountability, and client-first thinking., • Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions., • Provide ongoing technical and customer service training., • Foster a learning environment focused on professional growth., • Build bench strength to support department scalability. Desired Skills and Experience • 510 years of experience managing a low-voltage service department (AV, security, access control, surveillance, networking)., • Proven experience increasing client retention and improving service profitability., • Strong understanding of service contracts (S&W), SLAs, and recurring revenue models., • Experience implementing KPIs and managing service performance metrics., • Proficiency in service management platforms (ServiceTrade experience a plus)., • Solid technical knowledge of low-voltage systems including AV integration, access control, video surveillance, and network infrastructure., • Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills., • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining operational control., • Prior field installation or project management experience preferred., • Bachelors degree Does this sound like you?
