$30-$35/hr Flexibility on shift and Overtime when needed Perform installation, repair, preventive maintenance, and modifications on complex machinery, tools, lifting equipment, and facility systems. Document repairs, interpret prints and technical instructions, recommend corrective actions, and support mechanical construction needs. • High school diploma or equivalent, • 3+ years of industrial maintenance and repair experience, • Demonstrated proficiency in maintenance repair and troubleshooting, • Strong blueprint reading skills, • Basic MS Office proficiency, • Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, kneeling) for 8+ hours, • Follow written/oral work assignments and document all findings, • Conduct inspections and report issues promptly, • Interpret drawings to determine tools and materials, • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on gearboxes, transmissions, hydraulic, lubrication, heating, molding, and injection systems, • Inspect lifting equipment (chains, cables, shackles, etc.) and maintain required records, • Fabricate, weld, braze, and complete basic piping and conduit installations, • Maintain maintenance work order and log systems, • Work collaboratively with supervisors, engineers, and contractors, • Assemble/disassemble machine components and verify dimensions, • Follow all safety rules and use proper PPE, • Train lower-level mechanics as needed, • Maintain clean, organized work areas and properly return tools, • Support team-based work practices, • Growth opportunities with tuition reimbursement, • Strong safety culture and supportive work environment, • Company-paid health and wellness benefits, • Generous PTO, paid holidays, floating holidays, • 401(k) with company match About ManpowerGroup, Parent Company of: Manpower, Experis, Talent Solutions, and Jefferson Wells ManpowerGroup® (NYSE: MAN), the leading global workforce solutions company, helps organizations transform in a fast-changing world of work by sourcing, assessing, developing, and managing the talent that enables them to win.
