Under the general supervision of the Weatherization Program Director, the Weatherization technician’s main function is to assist and provide support to the program Quality Control Inspector and the Multifamily Energy Auditor. Assist in conducting inspections on buildings 1-4 units and Multifamily Buildings 5 units and up. Maintains documentation on weatherization projects, including job findings, and problem-solving measurements discussed with Energy Auditors, Quality control inspector, contractor crews, building management, and Program Director. Responsible for the record keeping of the program agency material and collaborating in the installation of in unit carbon Monoxide and smoke alarms.
