Job Description An established kitchen and cabinetry company is seeking a motivated Kitchen Sales Representative to join their growing team. This role is ideal for a self-starter with a background in home improvement, construction, or design who thrives in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment. The ideal candidate will work closely with builders, contractors, and homeowners to provide tailored kitchen solutions that meet both design and functional needs. Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, and residential clients., • Conduct in-person or virtual consultations to understand clients’ kitchen needs, preferences, and budget., • Recommend product options, cabinetry lines, and layout solutions that align with project goals., • Provide accurate quotes, assist with ordering, and oversee the sales cycle from initial contact through delivery., • Attend industry events, job sites, or showroom appointments as needed., • Collaborate with internal teams (designers, order processing, logistics) to ensure seamless execution., • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current trends, materials, and product specifications., • Other duties as assignedQualifications:, • Prior experience in kitchen sales, home renovation, cabinetry, or a related field., • Has an existing book of business and a strong understanding of potential clients to bring on, • Strong understanding of residential construction and contractor needs., • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills., • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently on a commission-based structure., • Ability to read blueprints or design layouts is a plus
