Shift available:2nd shift available - Wednesday- Saturday 10 pm- 8 am About the Position: As a Security Officer with Cologix you will be responsible for providing a physical layer of security at all Cologix locations. Security Officers are responsible for the implementation of policies and procedures pertaining to the safety and security of Cologix employees, guests and facilities.What you do daily: • Verifies the identities of employees, customers and visitors entering and exiting the facility., • Monitors all interior and exterior cameras. Immediately addresses any policy infractions, emergency situations or suspicious activity., • Controls the access of permitted visitors and provides them with temporary access (visitor badges). Denies individuals who do not meet the entry criteria., • Keeps an accurate log of all visitors/vendors that have gained entry to the facility by using the PeopleTracker system., • Responsible for conducting numerous physical security checks per shift. Personnel will patrol the interior and exterior of their assigned building looking for unsecured doors/windows, signs of tampering and any unauthorized individuals. All checks will be documented and will include any findings., • Monitors entry access and fire systems for all pertinent alarms and responds accordingly., • Notifies the proper local authorities (police department, fire department, rapid response) in the event of an emergency situation., • Acts as a first responder in the event of a medical emergency., • Performs shipping and receiving duties using defined process., • Responds to job tickets, cases and emails within the security department in a timely manner., • Responsible for ensuring all security offices, equipment and loading docks are clean and organized., • Seeks guidance from the Security Supervisor when help is needed., • Performs additional duties as assigned.What makes you a good fit: (Qualifications), • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one or more years related experience and/or training, • Security Officer Registration Act (SORA) license preferred, • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, • Exceptional customer service skills, • Must be punctual, reliable, flexible and willing to work additional hours when necessary to meet the demands of the department We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses. We are on the hunt for remarkable Bare Metal Support Engineers who share our passion, have an understanding of GPU infrastructure and AI Applications to join our Customer Experience (CX) Organization. About the Role As a Bare Metal Support Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting, operating, and maintaining CoreWeave's extensive GPU fleet across our growing data centers in the U.S., Europe, and beyond. You will work closely with customers, data center technicians, and engineering teams to ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of our infrastructure. Your day-to-day will include: • Provide high-level support for customers utilizing bare-metal GPU fleets on CoreWeave Cloud., • Diagnose, triage, and investigate reported customer issues and high-priority incidents, identifying root causes and escalating when necessary., • Develop a deep understanding of customer workloads and use cases to provide tailored technical support., • Coordinate remote troubleshooting and hardware interventions with Data Center Technicians., • Create and maintain internal documentation, including troubleshooting guides, best practices, and knowledge base articles., • Participate in an on-call rotation to support production clusters and ensure operational reliability., • Collaborate with engineering teams to improve hardware reliability, software stability, and system performance., • Implement automation and scripting to streamline support workflows and reduce manual interventions., • Perform in-depth log analysis and debugging across multiple layers of the stack (firmware, drivers, hardware)., • Provide feedback to internal teams on common support issues to drive continuous improvements., • Work with networking teams to troubleshoot connectivity issues affecting customer workloads., • Support supercomputing infrastructure running GPU workloads at scale., • Drive operational excellence by refining internal processes and support methodologies. Who You Are: • Experience in data centers, GPU clusters, server deployments, system administration, or hardware troubleshooting., • Demonstrated experience driving resolutions and continuous improvements across cross-functional environments and teams within a data center environment., • Intermediate knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, or similar), including command-line proficiency., • Experience with NVIDIA GPUs, SuperMicro systems, Dell systems, high-performance computing (HPC), and large-scale data center environments., • Experience in networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP) and troubleshooting tools., • Hands-on experience with firmware updates, BIOS configurations, and driver management., • Experience analyzing system logs and debugging issues across firmware, drivers, and hardware layers., • Experience working with Jira, Confluence, Notion, or other issue-tracking and documentation platforms., • Experience in scripting and automation (Python, Bash, Ansible, or similar). The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation.
