We are actively seeking reliable and friendly cleaning providers to add to our team of Independent Contractors! We built the business on one idea: the cleaner is the company. Clients don't remember our booking system, they remember whether their apartment was spotless. That's why we work with experienced independent cleaners and pay above what most companies in this market offer. The work • Recurring cleans, deep cleans, and move-in/move-out cleans in Hudson County, • Solo or paired with another contractor on larger jobs, • Kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, • Before-and-after photos on every job, • You accept only the jobs you want; there is no minimum and no set schedule What we're looking for • 1+ year of paid residential cleaning experience, • You're comfortable working as a 1099 independent contractor, • Your own supplies, equipment, and reliable transportation, • Reliable smartphone and email; able to communicate with our team by text in English or Spanish, • Consistent, detail-oriented work and good communication with clients, • Authorized to work in the United States How pay works We pay a flat rate per job, not by the hour, because every home is different. You see the full rate before you accept the job.
