Position Summary The Learning and Development Manager will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of comprehensive training programs across field operations, project management, and corporate functions. This role is central to building a culture of continuous learning and talent development while aligning learning initiatives with broader organizational goals. The L&D Manager will work closely with the Talent and HR teams, as well as operations, safety, risk, and other internal departments to develop scalable training strategies that support employee growth, compliance, operational performance, and long-term career pathing. Primary Responsibilities Instructional Content & Platform Management • Develop targeted training materials for operational and corporate audiences., • Utilize platforms like Bridge LMS and BuildWitt to deliver and manage digital learning content., • Ensure all content remains current and aligned with internal policies, external regulations, and evolving job functions., • Ensure that all training initiatives comply with local, state, federal, and client-specific requirements., • Leverage data and analytics to measure training effectiveness, engagement levels, and program outcomes., • Align training programs with organizational priorities by partnering with departments such as Operations, Safety, HR, Risk, and Legal., • Work in close coordination with the Talent Team to ensure learning initiatives support internal mobility, succession planning, and broader talent development goals., • Centralize training efforts by coordinating with internal stakeholders and streamlining communications, scheduling, and execution., • Contribute to the creation of career pathing frameworks in collaboration with HR and Talent teams., • Align learning opportunities with competency development to promote advancement and retention., • Conduct skills gap analysis and performance evaluations to guide individual development plans., • Lead the creation and execution of training initiatives that support technical, leadership, and professional development across both field and office teams., • Manage the end-to-end training process—from identifying needs and designing content to delivering and assessing program effectiveness., • Maintain and evolve structured training for non-union field personnel, incorporating tools such as BuildWitt for tracking and development., • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Education, Construction Management, or related field; Master’s degree preferred., • Minimum 7 years of experience in Learning & Development or Organizational Development, ideally in construction, engineering, or a similar technical environment., • Proven track record in developing and delivering training programs for both field and project management personnel., • Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS); Bridge LMS and BuildWitt preferred., • Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse learner groups., • Effective communicator with excellent writing skills and interpersonal acumen., • Experience in cross-department collaboration with a service-oriented, results-driven approach., • Familiarity with construction jobsite culture and operations is a strong plus.Company DescriptionThe Bachrach Group LTD.
