Job DescriptionAbout the Role We are seeking a highly skilled QC Analytical Trainer to lead the development and delivery of training programs for our Quality Control (QC) team. This role is critical in ensuring that QC personnel are proficient in aseptic cell therapy analytical methods, compliant with cGMP standards, and equipped with the technical expertise needed to maintain operational excellence. Key Responsibilities • Design and Implement Training Programs: Develop curriculum and analyze training strategies to identify requirements and evaluate effectiveness., • Establish KPIs: Create key training metrics for management to monitor program success., • Ensure Compliance: Guarantee QC personnel are trained on all critical documents, SOPs, and method revisions promptly., • Technical Expertise: Demonstrate mastery of aseptic cell therapy QC method execution and serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for specialized instrumentation and methods., • Evaluate and Coach: Assess job proficiency, correct workmanship, and provide feedback to trainees and managers., • Maintain Records: Track training completion, monitor KPIs, and ensure readiness for audits., • Continuous Improvement: Facilitate timely resolution of CAPAs related to training and partner with Corporate Training to enhance programs., • Develop Materials: Prepare technical educational content, onboarding aids, and SOP revisions to support QC training initiatives., • Support Operational Excellence: Coordinate training for process improvement projects and contribute to workflow optimization., • Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with training methodologies and best practices.Required Skills & Qualifications, • Bachelor’s Degree in a life science discipline., • 3+ years of experience in a cGMP Quality Control Laboratory environment., • Strong knowledge of QC analytical methods and processes., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software tools., • 2+ years in a training role preferred, especially in on-the-job technical training.Additional Skills, • Ability to deliver timely and effective technical training, including new hire onboarding and cross-training., • Experience in cGMP documentation and general lab skills training., • Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills.Work Environment, • Requires appropriate lab attire and adherence to gowning procedures (hair nets, gloves, safety glasses, foot coverings)., • Exposure to infectious agents, hazardous materials, and chemicals—universal precautions required., • Combination of laboratory and professional office settings with standard office equipment.Why Join Us?, • Play a key role in shaping the technical expertise of a growing QC team., • Opportunity to lead impactful training initiatives in a cutting-edge cell therapy environment.
