Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Trainer will oversee various training initiatives to meet the training team's deliverables and goals. This role involves collaborating with leaders in operational areas to identify training needs, ensuring adequate training, delivering timely updates to Policy and Procedure documentation, and maintaining staff training records. The Trainer should have a proven history of designing and implementing successful training programs, familiarity with both traditional and modern training methods, excellent communication and leadership skills, strong writing and record-keeping abilities for reports and training manuals, good computer and database skills, as well as effective planning, multitasking, and time management skills. Responsibilities: • Maintain and update the Process and Procedure Guides (PPGs) and Processing Guides for all departments., • Ensure all training materials are current and aligned with the Processing Guide., • Support and oversee the development and implementation of the Conduent Medicaid Suite (CMdS) claim system., • Research and develop course materials for classroom training, including manuals, handouts, exercises, and quizzes, and maintain a regular schedule for revising and updating these materials., • Coordinate with all operational areas to ensure that the training curriculum meets the needs of functional areas and client expectations., • Monitor employee training and evaluate the effectiveness of the training provided., • Ensure that employees complete designated training programs., • Deliver a monthly trainer’s calendar to the management team., • Provide training support as needed for all departments., • Prepare and present training reports to the operations team., • Bachelor’s degree., • A minimum of three years of corporate training experience., • Proven track record in designing and executing successful training programs and curriculum development., • Ability to develop and implement training for ongoing operations and new projects., • Experience with learning management systems and related training evaluation tools., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite., • Strong verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment., • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills., • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, changing operational environment. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated salary range for this role is $45,353 - $58,900.
