Position Summary The Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational delivery across multiple departments, ensuring performance objectives, service level agreements (SLAs), and business metrics are consistently achieved. This role partners with leadership to drive operational excellence, lead and develop teams, and support data-driven decision-making while maintaining compliance with organizational policies and standards. Responsibilities • This position will take responsibility for managing the following:, • Contract Compliance, • Quality Assurance, • SLA monitoring and reporting, • SOC Audit management, • Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Planning and Training, • Lead daily operational activities across departments, including people management, workflow coordination, and operational execution., • Drive performance against service level agreements (SLAs) and key business metrics in support of overall business unit objectives., • Ensure all business units operate in their areas in accordance with contract requirements., • Work with departments on corrective action and solution planning when there is a compliance or an SLA miss., • Work closely with the MMIS systems team to ensure adherence to contract requirements., • Manage annual SOC audits and Medicaid Waiver Financial Management reviews., • Manage, coach, and develop employee teams to improve performance, engagement, and retention., • Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, disciplinary actions, performance improvement plans (PIPs), conflict resolution, and employee terminations, in accordance with company policy and applicable regulations., • Address employee relations matters proactively and identify training and development opportunities., • Prepare, analyze, and present performance reports, metrics, and KPIs to support operational and business decisions., • Partner with stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and enhance service delivery., • Ensure compliance with all organizational policies, procedures, quality standards, and security requirements. Requirements • Minimum of three (3) years of management experience in an operational or delivery-driven environment, • Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams, • Knowledge of Medicaid programs Familiarity with government contracts • Ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities, and exercise sound judgment, • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, and SharePoint Preferred • Experience with developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), • Experience writing government contracts., • College degree in business administration or healthcare administration Flexible Working At Conduent, we want you to be yourself. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated salary range for this role is $73,882 - $95,950.
