Job Description Legal Assistant Peifer, Hanson, Mullins, & Baker, a premier civil litigation firm in downtown Albuquerque, has an opportunity for a Legal Assistant to support our team of attorneys and paralegals. Key Responsibilities Include: • Court Filings: e-filing and service in state, federal and appellate courts., • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive support editing and proofreading legal documents and correspondence; maintain organized electronic and physical records., • Calendaring and Coordination: Schedule case deadlines, hearings, and depositions and coordinate internal and external meetings, including in-person Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or teleconference sessions. Our Ideal Candidate will have : • Experience : 4+ years of litigation-based legal assistant experience with a proven track record in managing complex tasks., • Technical Proficiency : State and federal efiling systems, Strong skills in Microsoft 2010 Suite and Adobe, with a willingness to learn new systems and applications, Excellent proofreading skills., • Organizational Skills : Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities efficiently., • Interpersonal Abilities : Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment. Starting salary range $28-32/hr dependent on experience.

Job Description Position Summary Responsible for preparing baked goods and pastry items from the menu. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Food Preparation & Baking • Prepare oven bread and fry bread daily for the restaurant, events, and retail sales., • Assist in preparing the kitchen for daily breakfast and lunch service by stocking the line with the appropriate quantities of food., • Prepare weekly baked goods, including pies, breads, cookies, and cakes., • Operate food preparation machinery such as slicers, mincers, can openers, fryers, and ovens., • Assist other kitchen staff as needed upon management's request., • Maintain good communication with co-workers and foster a positive and professional work environment. Minimum Qualifications One year of experience in the baking or kitchen/food preparation field. Must be at least 18 years of age. Knowledge, Abilities, Skills, and Certifications • Knowledge of food preparation methods and techniques., • Knowledge of the operation of food preparation equipment and machinery., • Knowledge of the operation of holding ovens and baking ovens., • Knowledge of Native American dishes., • Ability to communicate effectively in the English language, both verbally and in writing with supervisor and fellow employees., • Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced work environment and to perform in a professional appearance and manner., • Ability to work well under pressure.
