Our values are at the core of every shift: • Have Heart – Bring care, effort, and focus to your craft, • Spread Joy – Help deliver an uplifting experience to every guest with the product we serve, • Nourish Community – Be the heartbeat behind a café people love, • Rise to the Occasion – Own your station and raise the standard What You’ll Do As a Baker, you will: • Prepare and bake all bread, pastries, donuts, and desserts to spec and on schedule, • Operate ovens, dough conditioners, and fryers safely and efficiently, • Handle prep tasks: scaling, shaping, topping, and finishing product, • Monitor bake times, temperatures, and product appearance for consistency, • Maintain a clean, food-safe, and well-organized back-of-house station, • Rotate and stock ingredients, checking for quality and freshness, • Complete production logs, waste tracking, and usage sheets, • Flag equipment or supply issues to the General Manager, • Support the team with flexibility and urgency to meet daily goals, • Help train new bakers in recipes and methods as needed What You Bring • At least 1 year of experience in bakery production, • Familiarity with baking techniques, recipe execution, and production timing, • Knowledge of food safety, food labeling, and sanitization practices ServSafe Food Handler’s Certification (preferred), • Confectionery or culinary background a plus, • Ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 30 lbs., • Excellent teamwork, organization, and communication skills, • Team-first attitude, willingness to learn, and passion for hospitality, • Positive energy and a passion for fresh-baked quality, • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities, • Passion for Paris Baguette’s mission, values, and culture Sweet Benefits • Competitive hourly pay, • Discounted meals during shift, • Free birthday cake, • Medical, Dental & Vision for full-time team members, • Flexible scheduling and supportive team culture, • Opportunity to grow into Lead Baker or Trainer roles Ready to Bake Joy with Us?
