The Branch Assistant Manager works with the Branch Manager to organize, plan, and implement strategies in a Sherwin-Williams Automotive Branch. This includes supporting all aspects of branch operations, including customer service, sales, marketing, merchandising, inventory, finances, and store safety. This role will assist in supervising and training store staff. The individual selected for this role will be expected to work at Automotive Branch #9124 located at 799 Nepperhan Avenue, Yonkers, NY 10703. Job Description Job Overview of Case Worker The case manager is responsible for the coordination of case management services for children (and their families) that attend the Orchard School. The case manager is primarily responsible for the case management of children who are here through DSS contracts, but will also serve children in the residential program and day program who are not connected with DSS. SUMMARY: The Retention Case Manager provides, home-based services and support to disable, non-disable, employed and employable families and single adults in permanent housing. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:  Responsible for conducting clients’ intakes and obtain needed documentation to ensure clients eligibility for the referred department/program. Maintains accurate and up today progress notes in HMIS.  Able to travel within the Westchester County.  Works closely with the Department of Social Services and the Westhab Housing Department staff to achieve client’s permanent housing goals as well as with shelter and transitional shelter staff.  Attends weekly cross departments meetings and others as required. Create and maintain ongoing communication, both verbal and written, between all parties involved (shelters, DSS, housing department, clients, landlords and collaborating agencies, etc.)  Identify client’s barriers and develops a service plan with clients to address the identify barriers. Responsible for reporting any child abuse or neglect.  Requires the completion of various programmatic time sheets and activity log along with maintaining working calendar updated.  Responsible for scheduling one client’s home visit as often as needed. Identify program needs and makes recommendations.  Other duties as assigned.
