Job Title: Brand Manager Department: Marketing Reports to: Associate Director, Brand Marketing Job Type: FULL TIME / EXEMPT Location: Hybrid (New Jersey-Based) Job Summary: The Brand Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting growth for product categories within the portfolio of Beautynova Americas brands, milk_shake, DEPOT, & Medavita. This role will work alongside the senior marketing team leaders, and in collaboration with sales, education and global teams, to execute tactical marketing plans, monitoring competitive market trends, and managing end-to-end processes for promotions and product launches. This role will also be responsible for overseeing the execution of marketing materials, ensuring operational excellence across all touchpoints, and aligning brand strategies with business objectives. Responsibilities: Operational Product & Brand Marketing • Collaborate closely with Sales, Education, Creative, and Digital teams to ensure executional consistency and alignment across all brand touchpoints., • Assist in routing and reviewing artwork and copy for packaging, digital assets, and trade marketing materials—ensuring brand consistency and timely approvals., • Help prepare for key internal and external meetings by assembling materials such as retailer presentations, launch briefs, and promotional calendars., • Partner with operations and sales support teams to manage national account submissions, item set-up sheets, and promotional documentation., • Support the implementation of new product launch plan including sell in materials, digital support materials, and a comprehensive outstanding consumer experience support plan., • Manage and maintain brand positioning and equity across all materials and channels. Including writing copy and giving direction on briefs, packaging, website, trade marketing materials, social, ads and DTC/DTP material., • Ensure all content meets brand standards and regulatory compliance while coordinating artwork approval from key partners. Will also work closely with Marketing counterparts to monitor campaign performance., • Support 360 launch plans from strategic brief through execution with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all touch points, • Work collaboratively with marketing, education & sales to create key launch documents and materials (Launch strategy decks, Market and Distributor Meetings, Account presentations, etc), • Manage detailed marketing calendar for both new products and re-support priorities, • Own the promotions process from concept to execution, including development, artwork approvals, assembly, and distribution, • Manage the inventory, production, and distribution of marketing collateral, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with brand standards., • Oversee the maintenance and updating of all marketing materials across digital and physical platformsOperational marketing execution, • Maintain and update detailed marketing calendars for product launches, promotions, and key brand milestones., • Work with cross functional teams to maintain item information including product specs, sku numbers, reformulations, repacking, quality, etc., • Coordinate the execution of promotional programs and seasonal campaigns, including tracking timelines, submitting artwork, and managing approvals., • Support in post-launch analyses for SKU rationalization and product assortment strategyIndustry & Trends, • Conduct ongoing competitive analyses using data from Kline, and other tools, offering actionable recommendations for product positioning and promotional tactics., • Routinely conduct store checks and evaluate competitive product offerings to gain/maintain knowledge of marketplace activities., • Help identify trends, pull customer insights, and competitive landscapes, translating findings into actionable brand + campaign plansReporting & Metrics, • Support campaign and launch recaps by gathering results, summarizing learnings, and participating in cross-functional debriefs.Any other assignments, projects, duties or tasks as assigned by management Required Skills/Abilities: • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that product development and marketing campaigns are executed on time., • Operational Expertise: Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, ensure deliverables are met, and execute marketing plans effectively., • Exhibit strong organizational and communication skills., • Independence & Initiative: Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects, • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with sales, education, creative, social and influencer team members to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels.
