Duration: ASAP-2026/3/31 Summary: Serves as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and recommending solutions to support strategic objectives and operational improvements. Requirement: Experience in Credit Risk, Market Risk, or Enterprise Risk with a leading bank. Involved in the complete life cycle of the project as a Business Analyst or Project Manager. Executed projects using Agile methodology. Responsibilities: Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and analysis. Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement or automation. Translate business needs into functional specifications for development teams. Support testing, training, and deployment of new systems or enhancements. Facilitate communication between business users and IT teams throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare reports, dashboards, and documentation to support decision-making. Skills: Experience with business analysis, requirements gathering, and process mapping. Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and Agile methodologies. Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Visio, JIRA, or Tableau. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Business Analyst certification (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.

Job DescriptionTruVolt Brands / Snow Joe & Jetson: Senior Accounts Receivable / Chargebacks Analyst TruVolt Brands (a subsidiary of The FESCO Group, and located in Jersey City, New Jersey) is a manufacturer and eCommerce business for state-of-the-art, battery-powered lawn & garden equipment (i.e. lawn mowers, power washers, snowblowers, etc.; ), as well as e-bicycles, hover-boards and scooters (). We are looking for an onsite Senior Accounts Receivable / Chargebacks Analyst to join our finance team and work closely with US national retailers / marketplaces. Main Responsibilities include: • Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, posting, and recording accounts receivable data, • Reconcile cash daily to company’s general ledger and external factor ledger, • Prepare, review, and analyze and provide Senior Management with AR aging, collections status, and chargeback reports on a weekly basis, • Send aging reports to customers to ensure timely cash collections, • Review credit risk of major customers., • Request credit risk coverage on all new customers and if necessary, increased credit limit., • Request approval for credit hold on delinquent accounts., • Investigate & dispute all customer chargebacks, • Manage the collection of supporting documents and the submission of responses for arbitration or other dispute resolution processes, • Interpret complex chargeback data to identify trends, derive insights, and report on key performance indicators and communicate critical/time sensitive discoveries to Senior Management., • 3-8 years’ experience working with CPG retailers on billing, chargebacks, and collection matters., • Familiarity with retailer chargeback policies, • Excel skills for reconciliation purposes, • Verbal/written communication skills and critical thinking skills
