Phone and/or customer service experience a plus. 12 - 30 hours per week will be available. Must be available to work in the office at least 2 days a week, between 9 am - 5:00 pm and shifts are generally 4 to 6 hours in length. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential new accounts and business opportunities., • Build and maintain a database of prospective clients, including contact information and relevant details., • Initiate outbound cold calls to introduce the company’s products and services, identify decision-makers, and establish relationships., • Qualify leads to determine their potential for further engagement by the sales team., • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective outreach strategies., • Track and report on outreach progress, lead generation efforts, and outcomes., • Assist in updating CRM systems and maintaining accurate records of all interactions., • Support marketing campaigns and initiatives related to lead generation., • Provide input and reports on strategies to enhance lead conversion. Required Skills and Qualifications: • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and confident phone demeanor., • Strong research and analytical abilities to identify and assess new business opportunities., • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision., • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead generation tools is a plus., • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning new software., • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills., • Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges in a dynamic environment.
