Job Description Under the supervision of the Assistant Director of the Onestop or designee, the Enrollment Services Generalist is cross-trained in basic tier one service-related concerns in BCC’s One-Stop Center. The One-Stop Enrollment Services Generalist provides support and is knowledgeable of basic functions related to enrollment, registration, student records, student financial aid, scholarship programs, placement testing, advising, college life, career services, on-line resources, and academic support services. POSITION SUMMARY Responsibilities included but are not limited to: • Student Engagement and Support: Serves as the primary point of contact for students, parents, and visitors who come to the Enrollment Services One-Stop Center. * Responds to inquiries via in-person, phone, email, and text/chat, offering comprehensive and accurate information regarding admission procedures, registration, and financial aid. Maintains records of all interactions through appropriate software. * Engages in initial front facing interactions with students and parents.
