The Role TouchCare is seeking a Vice President of Marketing to build, lead, and scale a high-performing marketing function that drives predictable growth. This role will partner directly with the executive team to evolve into a structured, marketing-driven growth engine. The marketing team is currently made up of creative and brand leader, a content writer, and an events manager. You will own the full funnel—from demand through pipeline and engagement—and operate as a true business partner to sales and leadership. This is a hands-on builder role. We're looking for someone who is equally comfortable setting strategy and executing, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is energized by building from the ground up. What You'll Do Build & Scale the Growth Engine • Design and execute a full-funnel B2B growth strategy across demand generation and lifecycle marketing, • Own marketing-sourced pipeline and revenue targets, • Establish clear KPIs, reporting, and operating cadence across the funnel, • Partner with Sales to ensure alignment on pipeline generation and conversion Own Go-To-Market • Translate complex healthcare navigation solutions into clear, differentiated, and compelling messaging, • Develop verticalized GTM strategies across employer and broker segments, • Partner with Design, Product, and Sales to launch and commercialize new offerings Drive Member Engagement & Retention • Build strategies that drive activation, engagement, and retention in a B2B2C model, • Ensure continuity from employer sale → member experience, • Partner with Client Success and Operations to optimize engagement and utilization Elevate Brand Reputation & Content • Establish TouchCare as a category leader in HealthTech and benefits navigation, • Build a content engine that supports demand generation, brand authority, and sales enablement, • Ensure consistency of voice, positioning, and storytelling across all channels Build & Lead the Team • Build, mentor, and scale a team across Content and Design, • Operate as a player-coach, stepping in where needed to drive execution, • Drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Product, Client Success, and Leadership What You Bring • 10+ years of marketing leadership experience in high-growth or VC-backed environments, • Proven track record building marketing functions from early-stage to scalable growth engines, • Experience transitioning from sales rep led sales to structured, repeatable systems powered by marketing efforts, • Deep expertise in:, • Demand generation and pipeline ownership, • Product marketing and commercialization, • Customer/member engagement and lifecycle marketing, • Experience in broker or employer channels (strongly preferred), • Hands-on experience with modern GTM tech stacks (Salesforce, Mailchimp, Heymarket , AI tools, etc.) Core Competencies • Builder Mentality: Bias for action; thrives in ambiguity and builds from zero, • Data-Driven Operator: Connects marketing and sales into one growth system, • Strategic Storyteller: Translates customer insight into differentiated positioning, • Ownership Mindset: Takes accountability for results and drives solutions, • Player-Coach Leadership: Balances strategy with hands-on execution What We Offer • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience, • Opportunity to build and shape company culture from day one, • Direct impact on improving financial wellness for thousands of employees, • Flexible benefits package Why Join Us? • Impactful Growth: Lead the expansion of specialized services that provide critical support to members during complex life events., • Collaborative Environment: Work closely with a supportive team across Sales, Client Success, Product, and Marketing., • Strategic Leadership: Shape the go-to-market strategy and future evolution of TouchCare's specialized portfolio.
