Job Description The Mental Health Association is seeking Per Diem Crisis Outreach Supervisors for our new program, 988 Mobile Crisis Outreach Team, operating out of the Essex County location. The 988 Mobile Crisis Outreach Response program will respond to adults (18 and above) in nonlife-threatening situations who have contacted the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. The Mobile Crisis Outreach Response program (MCORT) responds 24 hours a day, seven days a week, every day of the year, to nonlife-threatening mental health, substance use or suicidal crises in the community. MCORT will work in coordination with the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline crisis centers. (The 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline was formerly the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline.) Job DescriptionDescription: GBS is looking for a Clinical Supervisor for a daytime school case in Paterson, NJ. Position Summary: The BCBA is responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and developing effective, individualized interventions for individuals with autism and behavior challenges. This role requires the ability to recognize and discuss signs of autism, as well as an understanding of diagnostic criteria for autism spectrum and behavioral disorder. As part of an interdisciplinary clinical team, the BCBA collaborates with other professionals to design and implement evidence-based treatment plans that promote skill development and improve quality of life for clients. Full-time BCBAs are expected to dedicate their professional practice exclusively to Graham Behavior Services and may not provide ABA therapy through other agencies while employed full time. Job DescriptionJOB DESCRIPTIONThe Clinical Manager is required to have a minimum of a master’s degree in psychology, child development, special education, applied behavior analysis, or a related field and is required to be BCBA certified or a qualified LICENSED healthcare professional who meets state requirements. Company does not reimburse for any associated costs relating to the NJ LBA. The LBA licensure and BCBA certification is mandatory to maintain. Company does not reimburse for BCBA recertification fees. The Clinical Manager is also required to have relevant supervision experience and meet all of Company program competencies. The Clinical Manager reports directly to the Clinical Director and develops, monitors, and oversees ABA treatment plans, provides direct clinical case supervision to supervisors and behavior technicians, and provides oversight and direction of assigned cases and behavior technicians. On a monthly basis, the Clinical Manager meets individually with each supervisor to provide supervision and consultation regarding shared cases, review client programs and data, discuss staff issues, review supervisor management of their clinical team, and to follow up on any case-related and/or funding source issues.
