Key Responsibilities: • Manage and direct incoming calls and correspondence., • Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems., • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars., • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations., • Order and stock office supplies., • Assist with data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks., • Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed., • Ensure the office environment is tidy and professional. Qualifications: • Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)., • Excellent organizational and time management skills., • Strong verbal and written communication abilities., • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills., • Ability to work independently and as part of a team., • High school diploma; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
