Job Description Our client is seeking an experienced Journeyman Electrician with extensive hands‐on experience in the installation, alteration, addition, and repair of electrical systems, including conduit, conductors, materials, and equipment within the electrical construction industry. What You’ll Do • Travel to multiple project locations daily as required, • Complete electrical installations in accordance with established procedures and electrical code, • Perform additional duties as needed to maintain equipment and support field operations, • Follow all company and customer safety policies and procedures, • Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas before, during, and after service What We’re Looking For • Minimum 4 years of hands‐on electrical experience (no entry‐level or residential‐only applicants), • Journeyman/Wireman certification or equivalent, • Strong functional knowledge of electrical trade practices, materials, and processes, • Experience with design, installation, and maintenance of electrical instruments, apparatus, and equipment, • Safety‐minded, with OSHA certification and strong knowledge of safety regulations, • Scaffold/Lift operator certification, • Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast‐paced environment, • Professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and a positive attitude, • High School diploma or GED, • Valid New Jersey driver’s license, • Punctual, dependable, and able to manage a daily schedule with multiple appointments, • Strong electrical skills with the ability to think outside the box, • Experience with:, • New and retrofit LED lighting installations (commercial offices, data centers, industrial plants), • Automatic temperature control wiring and devices, • Opportunities to train on control and alarm point programming, • Basic writing and computer skills; strong customer service skills Working Conditions • Pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying equipment (up to 75 lbs), • Walking, standing, stooping, and climbing for extended periods, • Working from ladders and staging, • Exposure to weather, dust, noise, heat, cold, lubricants, and chemicals Job Type: Full‐time Drug‐free workplace — pre‐employment drug testing required Company Benefits • Competitive salary based on experience, • Vacation Days, • Sick Days, • Paid Holidays, • Health Care, • Dental Plan, • Vision Insurance, • Matching 401(k), • Company‐issued cell phone, • Company uniforms, • EZ‐Pass provided, • Technician training (in‐house & school‐based), • Company vehicle (for eligible employees)
