FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Summary: The Receptionist Administrative Assistant serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing professional front desk support and performing a variety of administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Front Desk & Visitor Management • Greet and assist guests, clients, and staff in a professional and courteous manner., • Answer and direct incoming calls as needed, pending support requested by external callers dialing “0” for operator assistance., • Work with and support front-line staff during high interaction/high volume periods, e.g., ahead of continuing certification application deadlines and requirements deadlines, to advance positive experiences by all stakeholders., • Order and maintain office and breakroom supplies for the organization., • Ensure orderliness and organization of common areas such as the 1st and 4th floor lobby areas, breakroom, and office supply/mail room., • Monitor for and distribute packages and incoming mail; perform outgoing mail and any package shipping duties. Work with staff, including Finance Department, for mail responsibilities associated with incoming and outgoing checks or other associated financial correspondence., • Help support coordination of logistics and other details as needed for internal meetings and staff functions., • Assist as needed in scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments for the Chief Information & Infrastructure Operations Officer (CIIOO)., • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and related documents for the Chief Information & Infrastructure Operations Officer (CIIOO)., • Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems., • Support the organization as needed and directed during in-person exam weeks to ensure appropriate coverage and successful exam delivery., • Demonstrable Proficiency: Candidates may be required to demonstrate proficiency in essential skills during the interview process (e.g., work samples, analysis exercise, and communication brief)., • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred., • 2+ years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)., • Strong verbal and written communication skills., • Excellent organizational and time management skills., • Professional demeanor and customer service orientation. Job Description The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst is responsible for updating monthly financial reporting packages for property management and capital partners, modeling revenue and expenses for an assigned portfolio of properties, and leading quarterly valuations for capital partners. This is an entry level position that will provide the selected candidate with the unique opportunity to gain exposure and insight across various Centennial departments. PRINCIPAL JOB ACTIVITIES: • Provide analytical summaries for various company KPI's, including but not limited to, sales data, revenue analysis, variance analysis from budget and forecasts, and maintaining various excel models, • Prepare and document annual budgets and periodic reforecasts, including all supporting documentation such as leasing templates, tenant analysis, property and portfolio analysis, and other various financial/performance metrics. Job DescriptionOur client, an owner/operator of commercial real estate is seeking a Property Administrator for a full-time position onsite in Irving, Texas. The hours for this position are 7:30AM-4:30PM and this role spends the first half of the day in their coworking space supporting those tenants and operations and the second half of the day in the property management office providing support to the entire property.
