Job Description Job Title: Payroll Processor Location: New York, NY (10004) Job Type: Contract Duration: 9 Weeks Pay Rate: $31 per hour Schedule * 35 hours per week * 1-hour lunch break * Flexible shift required every other Friday: * 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM or * 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Position Overview "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Payroll Processor for an exciting job in New York, NY. Key Responsibilities * Process payroll transactions including wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions * Utilize Oracle Payroll systems and ADP to process payroll and maintain payroll records * Maintain accurate employee payroll data within HRIS and payroll platforms * Support payroll data updates, adjustments, and payroll processing activities * Assist with payroll reporting and payroll documentation as needed * Perform payroll reconciliations to ensure payroll accuracy * Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees and internal teams * Maintain organized payroll records and documentation * Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure smooth payroll operations * Support payroll system updates and ensure data integrity within payroll platforms Required Qualifications * High School Diploma or GED required * Minimum 2+ years of payroll processing experience * Hands-on experience with Oracle Payroll Systems and ADP * Strong knowledge of payroll systems, workflows, and payroll data management * Ability to work across multiple payroll and HR systems simultaneously * Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail * Ability to handle confidential payroll information with professionalism Preferred Qualifications * Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field * Experience working with HRIS and enterprise payroll platforms * Experience supporting payroll reporting and payroll system operations * Strong organizational and communication skills in a collaborative environment For more details contact at or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
