Manufacturing Project Manager Salary Range: $79,000 - $110,000 Your role with us: As a Project Manager for Pearson Packaging Systems, you will manage the overall success of the project by leading the successful delivery of core machinery, custom machinery, and aftermarket sales projects from start to finish. You will ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget, while achieving the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include detailed project planning, resource coordination, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, and thorough documentation of each project’s lifecycle. You will collaborate across teams and with customers to drive clarity, maintain progress, and ensure a smooth commissioning process. Your expertise in manufacturing operations will help align cross-functional teams in engineering, production, supply chain, and field service to deliver high-quality service to our customers. How you will contribute to our growth: By working with our internal and external stakeholders to successfully navigate the machine build and installation process from project review through commissioning, managing resources and identifying risks along the way. The status reports and updates you provide instill confidence in our customers and promote ownership and engagement in project success with our internal team members. Through your ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner. Fostering trust and satisfaction with the company’s products and services. By collaborating closely with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain teams to align project requirements with production capabilities. You will monitor machine build progress, coordinate material flow, and ensure design changes are communicated effectively across departments. Your understanding of assembly processes, lead times, factory acceptance testing (FAT), and equipment commissioning will help drive on-time delivery, minimize rework, and ensure each system meets Pearson’s performance, safety, and quality standards. Through your leadership and problem-solving abilities that allow you to give the individual time and attention needed to all projects and customers while effectively balancing your project load. With your innate capability to create order out of chaos in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, fluid environment with ever-changing priorities. Your excellent organizational skills allow you to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.
