Clinical Supervisors who are qualified for and interested in providing care on the PACE or CAPS units (specialty MO units) for individuals with serious mental illness will report to a Program Director for direct supervision. A significant number of individuals in the NYC jail system will receive care on the mental health service. The service strives to provide safe, holistic and evidence-based therapeutic interventions for the diverse range of mental health issues that face the population, from serious mental illness to the natural struggles that accompany incarceration. The service provides some of the most comprehensive and unique treatment modalities in the country, including specialty housing units for individuals with serious mental illness, a 24-hour on-call psychiatric service, robust creative arts programming, clinics in each of the facilities, substance use treatment, medication assisted treatment (MAT), integrated re-entry services that includes alternatives to incarceration, and relationships with multiple training institutions throughout the city. Furthermore, CHS has been engaged in an effort to better identify people with neurodevelopmental/neurocognitive disorders and to utilize psychological testing to connect people to services in the community (e.g., with OPWDD). Responsibilities: Under the supervision of a Senior/Supervising Psychiatrist in the Mental Health Service of CHS, this position requires the provision of high quality, team-based psychiatric services including psychopharmacologic interventions, for individuals incarcerated in the New York City jail system. Each of the facilities in the jail system has unique patient population and environmental characteristics; each psychiatrist will be matched with the population that most closely meets their clinical expertise, desired work location and schedule and the clinical needs of the service. Experience working in correctional settings is not required, however the ability to work closely and effectively with multiple other disciplines, including security staff, is critical. Responsibilities Include: • Provide psychiatric care, including admission evaluations, follow-ups, and urgent and emergent consultations to individuals with mental health needs., • Participate in the creation of an individualized treatment plan after discussing the case with the mental health care team, collecting and reviewing psychosocial data, medical history, nursing assessment, and other pertinent information., • Evaluate patients for the need for a higher level of care, including hospitalization, and refer to a higher level of care as clinically appropriate. Since 1992, we have delivered advanced imaging services to more than 850 healthcare facilities across the country. Position Overview The Director of Business Development will be responsible for cultivating, expanding, and managing strong relationships with both new and existing hospital-based accounts across the Eastern U.S. This role plays a critical part in driving growth by onboarding new customers, enhancing existing partnerships, and increasing patient access to Cardiac PET services within hospital systems. Success in this role includes strengthening customer relationships, influencing key decision-makers, and expanding the utilization of CDL Nuclear technologies, resulting in improved clinical outcomes and increased profitability for our partner facilities. This position requires a strong network within the GPO/IDN hospital sector, excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, and the ability to create long-term collaborative partnerships. Responsibilities • Develop, foster, and maintain strong relationships with customers to support long-term mutual business goals., • Leverage interpersonal and negotiation skills to secure new agreements with customers, including key IDNs and GPOs., • Manage and grow relationships with key accounts and stakeholders., • Enhance customer experience by proactively promoting CDL’s offerings and value proposition., • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profitability., • Strengthen and expand existing customer agreements., • Oversee implementation of contract terms and manage accounts throughout their duration., • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide support with escalated issues as needed., • Ensure timely and successful delivery of CDL solutions aligned with customer needs., • Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings consistent with company standards., • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to implement strategies for new products and services., • Stay informed on internal and external industry developments and identify opportunities to improve customer productivity., • Develop a deep understanding of the CDL business model and customer performance metrics., • Perform additional duties as required; job responsibilities may change at any time.Qualifications, • BA/BS in Business Administration, Sales, or related field preferred., • Ability to travel up to 75%., • 3–5 years of experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.) and MS Office., • 3–5 years of experience delivering client-focused solutions in a sales-related role., • 3–5 years of clinical-based sales and negotiation experience., • Prior experience working within the IDN/GPO marketplace., • Proven ability to negotiate and meet client requirements., • Self-driven, independent, and highly motivated., • Competitive pay, • Medical, Vision, and Dental insurance, • Short-Term Disability, • Company-Paid Long-Term Disability, • Company-Paid Life & AD&D Insurance, • 401(k) with company match, • Employee discounts, • Employee referral program, • Paid holidays, • PTO, • Company-paid overnight per diem, • Company-provided uniforms, • State licensure reimbursement, • Hands-on training and development CDL Nuclear Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
