Maintains a high level of employee satisfaction., • Directs and oversees the implementation of the Emergency Action Plan and all safety procedures that pertain to the GSS facility, and trains all current staff on the GSS EAP.

Presents a professional appearance and maintains a high standard of customer service. Provide emergency care treatment as required until the arrival of emergency medical services. Act immediately and appropriately to secure safety of everyone in the pool area in the event of an emergency.
