Job Description Practice Administrator / Medical Office Manager – Dermatology (Spokane, WA) Join a well-established, high-volume dermatology practice in Spokane, Washington, with five medical providers (two board-certified physicians and three advanced practitioners) and 25 support staff. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Practice Administrator (Medical Office Manager) to lead the business and operational functions of our growing specialty clinic. Key Responsibilities • Lead and direct all administrative and operational aspects of the practice, • Manage daily operations, including scheduling, billing, accounting, and vendor relations, • Develop and monitor budgets, financial statements, and key performance indicators, • Oversee HR functions — recruiting, onboarding, training, payroll, and performance management, • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, CMS, and other regulatory standards, • Collaborate with physician owner on strategic planning and operational improvement, • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s, CMPE or CMM certification preferred, but not required), • 3 or more years of experience as a medical office manager, practice administrator, or healthcare operations leader, • Financial acumen: proven ability to manage budgets, oversee billing, and understand revenue cycle to ensure the financial health of the practice, • Operational and organizational skills: proficiency with practice management systems and ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and implement office policies and procedures, • Excellent leadership skills: must be able to hire, manage, and motivate staff, • Compensation: $95,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications Our dermatology practice is a respected leader in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology throughout the Spokane region.
