We love what we do, and we are committed to excellence in our work. The Position: We are seeking a people -focused Recruiter to join our team at our home office in Spokane, WA. As the Recruiter, you will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment of company hiring needs. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand each position’s requirements and ideal candidates for the team. Responsibilities include creating job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, moving viable candidates along in the recruiting process, and extending employment offers. • Implement creative and effective recruiting strategies for the organization., • Manage the full cycle recruitment process, including: job postings, sourcing, interviews, and offer extension., • Work closely with hiring managers, understanding their specific hiring needs, scheduling subsequent interviews, and providing timely follow-up and communication throughout the process., • Provide a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the entire recruiting process., • Source candidates by using a variety of targeted search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline., • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing initial video screenings., • Evaluate candidate’s skills, experience, and relevant knowledge and assess them to the requirements of the position., • Facilitate the offer process by extending the employment offer and negotiating terms., • Process signed offers to initiate the pre-hire process with Human Resources., • Help build company presence and reputation on social media sites such as Glassdoor and LinkedIn., • Act as a brand ambassador by representing the organization at career fairs, networking events, and other student/prospect engagement opportunities., • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates in our major markets., • Create weekly and monthly analytical recruitment reporting on requisitions and time-to-fill statistics., • Utilize our Applicant Tracking System to maintain accurate and organized candidate records., • Work closely with other members of the recruiting and human resources team, collaborating on best practices and continuous improvement., • Stay abreast of employment law and hiring requirements in states we operate in. What We Are Seeking: A people-focused Recruiter who can support a growing team while achieving organizational goals. • Must be a team player who takes a “we over me” approach to building and sustaining relationships with others., • Must be determined, ambitious, and self-motivated., • Outstanding organizational and time management skills., • 2-4 years of full cycle recruiting experience., • Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods., • Excellent communication skills; must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English., • Strong computer skills, including: Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Word, Excel), HRIS, LMS, ATS, etc., • Strong familiarity with a variety of job posting platforms, including: LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook, Glassdoor, ZipRecruiter, Handshake, etc., • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; Associate’s Degree required., • Competitive pay, $79,000-$84,000 (based on experience)., • Annual bonus incentive., • Annual performance review with potential merit increase., • Medical, Dental, & Vision insurance - with 100% employer paid monthly premiums for associates., • Flexible Spending Accounts- for healthcare and dependent care., • Disability, AD&D, and Life insurance., • 401(k) with 3% company contribution., • Accrued vacation time, sick pay, 12 paid holidays per calendar year, personal day, and paid volunteer day., • Employee Assistance Program., • Sitting: 3-7 hours/day., • Walking: 1-3 hours/day., • Climbing: 0-3 hours/day, stairs., • Lifting: 10-25 lbs. occasionally., • Endurance: light to moderate energy., • Manual Dexterity: frequent fine motor skills., • Weather: work is primarily indoors in a temperature-controlled office environment with occasional exposure to outdoor weather conditions, including uneven and slippery surfaces., • Noise: frequent exposure to typical office environment noise levels including conversational voice levels; infrequent exposure to high-volume office equipment (e.g., shredder)., • Pace of Work: great, multi-tasking/pressure paced environment., • Driving: exposure to environmental and safety conditions related to operating a motor vehicle, including the possibility of bodily injury related to motor vehicle collisions.
