Job Description We are seeking a Membership Coordinator to become an integral part of our team! The Membership Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting membership operations. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with chapter leaders, members, and staff. This position may also require the Membership Coordinator to travel a 2-3 times a year to assist at our National Events. Key Responsibilities: • Manage all membership processes, which includes entering new members into our iMIS database system and processing payments, preparing new member materials etc., • Liaison with Chapter President to prepare inductions for up to 100 Chapters annually, including generating certificates, labels, ribbons, signature pages, and ensuring shipments are packaged and sent on time across the U.S., • Collaborate with Chapter Presidents to ensure iMIS websites are updated with accurate chapter details, officer contacts, and other relevant information., • Track and manage inventory of ribbons, pins, certificates, awards, and related membership materials., • Assist the Executive Director with training updates for Chapter Presidents on new system features and policies., • Support policy compliance related to membership processes., • Provide support for national event coordination, including registration, table assignments, seating, scheduling, on-site store operations, and other logistical needs. (Travel required 2–3 times annually for up to 7 days.) Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent related experience. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Certified iMIS Professional (preferred), or demonstrated knowledge of membership databases. * Previous experience with iMIS (preferred) or other membership database systems. * Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. * Proven ability to deliver high-quality work and provide exceptional customer service.
