Job DescriptionBenefits/Perks • Careers Advancement Opportunities As a Parts Representative, you will grow our customer base by identifying potential customers, keeping in touch with existing customers, and making sure that everyone has a positive purchasing experience. Responsibilities • Negotiate prices with existing and new vendors, • Search for new vendors, • Place special parts orders for customers that are getting their truck service., • Communicate with customers, regarding parts statuses, and general parts information., • Communicate with the Service Team to ensure truck deadlines are met., • Explain products and services to customers, • Monitor inventory, • Maintain inventory well stock, • Forecast, • Enter and process orders with vendors, • Keep track of low-stock inventory, • Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to parts, • A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred, • Prior sales experience in a truck shop or showroom setting is preferred, • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, • Ability to manage time and serve customers with little supervision
