OVERVIEW The primary focus of this position is to drive sales growth, business development, and market expansion for Casio's Education Technology Division (ETD), with a strong emphasis on the K-12 and Higher Education markets. This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that increase market share, strengthen relationships with educators and educational institutions, expand reseller and channel partnerships, and drive adoption of Casio's hardware and software solutions within classrooms nationwide. The position will work closely with teachers, curriculum leaders, administrators, school districts, higher education institutions, and educational organizations to identify opportunities, develop customer-focused solutions, and support long-term revenue growth. A strong understanding of education purchasing cycles, district funding sources, curriculum adoption processes, classroom technology trends, and educational sales channels is essential. In addition, this role will lead to the development and execution of targeted digital marketing and customer engagement strategies focused on the education market. Working collaboratively with internal marketing resources, the position will support lead generation, educator outreach, customer retention, webinar programs, CRM initiatives, and digital campaigns designed to increase awareness, engagement, and product adoption among educators and decision-makers. The successful candidate must be capable of identifying new revenue-generating opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, conducting education and retail market research, evaluating competitive landscapes for both hardware and software solutions, and supporting the Business Development Sales Team through effective customer relationship management and sales pipeline development. Regular reporting, forecasting, market analysis, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership will be required. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Provide leadership and strategic direction to ETD sales initiatives with a primary focus on expanding Casio's presence within the K-12 and Higher Education markets. Develop and execute sales strategies that drive the adoption of calculator hardware, software solutions, and classroom technologies through school districts, educators, higher education institutions, and educational reseller partners., • Support and mentor ETD Sales staff with emphasis on education-focused selling, account development, pipeline management, and relationship building with key educational stakeholders including district administrators, curriculum directors, instructional coaches, department chairs, and teachers., • Develop and implement comprehensive Education Market growth strategies that align with district purchasing cycles, curriculum adoption timelines, state standards, assessment requirements, and funding opportunities., • Develop and execute targeted digital marketing campaigns designed specifically for the K-12 and Higher Education markets. Collaborate with internal marketing teams to create educator-focused content, lead generation programs, email marketing initiatives, webinars, social media campaigns, and digital advertising strategies that increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, support district sales efforts, and drive adoption of Casio hardware and software solutions. Measure campaign effectiveness and continuouslyoptimizeprograms to improve educator engagement, customer acquisition, and revenue growth., • Identifyand pursue new business opportunities within school districts, colleges, universities, and educational organizations. Expand Casio's reach through direct sales efforts, reseller partnerships, state contracts, cooperative purchasing programs, and strategic educational alliances., • Build strong relationships with educators and education decision-makers to better understand classroom needs and position Casio solutions as valuable instructional tools that improve student learning outcomes and teacher effectiveness., • Collaborate with curriculum specialists, instructional leaders, and classroom educators to support implementation of Casio products and develop programs that increase product adoption,utilization, and long-term customer retention., • Lead initiatives to grow market share within mathematics, STEM, testing, and classroom technology segments byidentifyingemerging opportunities and developing targeted sales programs to address evolving educational needs., • Develop educator outreach programs, district engagement initiatives, classroom pilot programs, professional development opportunities, and customer success strategies that support sales growth and strengthen customer relationships., • Assistin the development and management of strategic partnerships with educational organizations, teacher associations, curriculum providers, assessment companies, EdTech partners, and industry influencers to expand market presence and drive revenue growth., • Generate new revenue opportunities through innovative product positioning, education-focused solutions, strategic partnerships, software integrations, and customer engagement programs designed to meet the needs of educators and students., • Conduct ongoing education market research toidentifycustomer needs,purchasingtrends, funding opportunities, competitive threats, and emerging instructional priorities. Translate findings into actionable sales and business development strategies., • Monitor and analyze the competitive landscape across education hardware, software, STEM solutions, classroom technology, and assessment tools. Prepare monthly reports and recommendations for ETD leadershipregardingmarket opportunities and competitive positioning., • Evaluate state, district, and national education trends toidentifygrowth opportunities related to curriculum initiatives, STEM education, testing requirements, technology adoption, and instructional innovation., • Work closely with ETD Business Development teams to strengthen CRMutilization, improve pipeline visibility, expand customer databases, and support long-term account growth strategies across both education and retail channels., • Support lead generation, district prospecting, customer relationship management, reseller engagement,webinarparticipation, and customer follow-up activities to drive sales conversion and account retention., • Collaborate with marketingresources asneeded to support sales initiatives, product launches, customer communications, and education-focused campaigns that contribute to revenue growthobjectives., • Present regular sales updates, market insights, pipeline forecasts, competitive analysis, and strategic recommendations to ETD leadership and senior management., • Represent Casio at educational conferences, trade shows, teacher conventions, state and national education events, reseller meetings, and customer presentations. Required travel is estimated atapproximately 10%., • Position reports directly to the Deputy SGM of Education and will have frequent interaction with the Sr. GM of ETD and other senior leadership team members., • Perform other duties assigned by Casio America, Inc. Management. QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor's degree in marketing, or a related field., • 10+years of experience, withexpertisein digital marketing, • Experience in education-focused sales and marketing is strongly preferred, including direct or indirect engagement with teachers, school districts, or educational institutions., • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with educators and translate classroom needs into marketing strategies isrequired. LOCATION This role is hybrid and requires a minimum of 3 days on-site in our Jersey City, NJ office. This position offers a base salary range from $110,000 to $120,000 a year, determined by a variety of factors including relevant skills, experience, location, business needs and market demand.
