With our continued growth and mission focus we are looking to add a Digital Marketing Specialist to our team in the Long Island Office. If you're nodding "yes," we want to meet you! We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our lead gen efforts, own HubSpot, and take our email + SMS marketing to the next level. This is a high-impact role where your strategies directly influence customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. Essential Job Duties • Own and operate HubSpot like a boss: workflows, segmentation, lead tracking, reporting—you know the drill., • Design and optimize lead generation campaigns that fill our pipeline with high-quality leads., • Launch targeted email and SMS campaigns that drive engagement and conversions., • Use A/B testing and analytics to continuously improve performance across channels., • Collaborate across sales, marketing, and IT to align on strategy and maximize ROI. Position Requirements • 3+ years of digital marketing experience, including hands-on HubSpot expertise (CRM + Marketing Hub)., • Proven success with lead generation, email, and SMS marketing (bonus points for automation & compliance know-how)., • Data-savvy mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills., • Stay ahead of marketing trends and best practices., • Love solving problems creatively and efficiently., • Have a customer-first, results-driven mindset. The expected hiring range for this position is $65,000 to $87,000 annually, commensurate with experience and location. Founded in 1985, we have perfected our approach to high quality security.
