Job Description Job Title: Sales Coordinator Location: Edison, NJ Schedule: Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 remote) Salary: $60,000–$75,000 To Apply: We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to provide high-level support to the Sales team, focusing on reporting, analytics, operational efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration. This role partners closely with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and IT to deliver actionable insights and improve performance. Ideal for someone analytical, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment. Key Responsibilities • Manage the Sales SharePoint/information hub, • Generate and distribute sales reports with actionable insights, • Provide territory and activity analysis for Inside Sales, • Prepare presentations, call lists, and performance summaries for leadership, • Assist with sales projections, budgeting, and monthly reporting, • Support internal sales meetings and initiatives, • Research prospective customers and assist with prospecting efforts, • Help address aged/excess inventory, back orders, and process improvements, • Serve as liaison between Sales and cross-functional teams, • Support order resolution and inside sales efforts Qualifications • 3–5 years of Sales Coordinator or sales operations experience, • Experience in a sales-driven, customer-focused environment, • Advanced Excel and Power BI skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Dynamics 365, • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, • Ability to manage multiple priorities, • Budgeting/reporting experience preferred, • E-commerce, CPG, or office products industry experience a plus, • Bachelor’s degree preferred What’s Offered • Hybrid schedule, • Competitive salary ($60K–$75K), • Direct exposure to senior sales leadership, • Collaborative, performance-driven team Interested candidates should submit resumes to .
