The Clinic division consists of a continuum of services for justice-involved individuals with serious mental illness; The Nathaniel Clinic is an OMH-licensed mental health outpatient treatment and recovery services clinic that provides outpatient mental health services to adolescents and adults, with a focus on providing care to those involved in the criminal legal system. The PNP/PMHNP/NPP will work as part of a multidisciplinary team providing coordinated clinical assessments and assertive treatment in all stages of illness. The team nurse practitioner engages the consumer in shared decision making about medication and the next steps in medication treatment. Medication management will be guided by a medication algorithm that provides information about evolving best practices. Salary: The salary range for this role is $160,000 - $170,000 per year.
