You will assess, monitor, and manage complex medical conditions, documenting all interventions in the electronic medical record (EMR). To qualify, you need a current New York RN license, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and at least 2 years of recent intensive care unit nursing experience. Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications are required. Experience with EMR systems and strong clinical assessment skills are necessary. Recommended skills include adaptability, critical thinking, and the ability to work well with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment. Oncology experience is a plus.
