Your Role As Studio Manager, you will lead day-to-day studio operations, drive membership sales, support team performance, and help create an exceptional client experience. Youll represent StretchMed at Bell Works events, corporate activations, and local community outreach while also performing stretch consultations and services as needed. Key Responsibilities • Lead, coach, and support a team of Stretch Specialists, • Oversee studio operations, staff scheduling, and daily workflow, • Maintain studio cleanliness, organization, and operational standards, • Perform in-studio and off-site stretch consultations and services, • Drive membership sales, retention initiatives, and conversion metrics, • Build strong community and corporate partnerships through outreach and events, • Track KPIs, manage inventory, and uphold brand standards, • Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members, • Travel locally for pop-ups, demos, and wellness activationsWhat You Bring, • 2+ years of experience in fitness, spa, retail, or wellness studio management, • Enthusiastic, organized, and sales-driven leadership style, • Strong communication and team-development skills, • Passion for wellness, recovery, mobility, and helping people feel their best, • CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain), • Experience in kinesiology, massage therapy, PT, or personal training is a plus, • Comfort with POS, scheduling, and CRM systems, • Willingness to travel locally for corporate wellness partnerships and events
