This includes observing the staff complete their medication pours observations for medication administration certification, • For the planning and implementation of other educational programs and trainings for clinical and non-clinical staff, • Maintaining a small residential caseload, • Adhering to all guidelines and regulations set forth by the agency’s business plan(s) and/or other oversight entities such as, but not limited to; OPWDD, CDC, DOH.
